Our Flat Bottom Silos deliver versatility by involving simple assembly techniques resulting in minimal installation costs and highly efficient low cost storage. They offer a capacity range of 50-15,000 tonnes. For larger diameters, a galvanized reinforced roof structure is incorporated considering various loadings of overhead conveyor and wind. Also, internal reinforcement rings are installed to prevent deformation due to winds.

Our hopper bottom bins / silos are an efficient and space saving solution for your grain storage. They are designed to allow for complete clean-out and can be customized to meet your specific needs with a wide range of optional features.

Hopper Bottom Silos are conically shaped with metallic 45 and 60 cones. With capacities ranging from 1 to 1,500 tonnes, they reduce commodity damage by simplifying civil work and eliminating the need for sweep augers. They offer a thoroughly clean and maintenance-free system since the supporting structures of these silos are made of bolted construction and are hot dipped galvanized after manufacture or painted. This silo enables 100% discharge of the stored grain due to gravity. They are more suitable for online day production. These silos are equipped with accessories like level switches, aeration system, temperature monitoring device and discharge gates etc.
