Our Concrete brick machines is a more upgraded and dynamic version, as it includes the same concrete block machine but with a higher level of automation. Two stackers elevator and lowerator are added to help the handling of the trays for the curing of the products and one clamp for the final palletization of the products (either manually or automatic) is provided.

This block making machine is equipped with a power-driven decoupling device and a specialized stacker, which can stack 3-5 layers of the blocks. So, it is an ideal alternative to similar machines. It is suitable for small and medium-size block factories for mass production. Mobile Shelving
Semi -Automatic Egg-laying type ideal for in-site high-production rate of concrete agglomerate blocks. Forming is semi-automatic and compaction is achieved by the combined effect of vibration and counter-mould free fall. An 1000 lt. hopper used for stocking the aggregate on-board the machine, guarantees a very long operation without recharging. This unit implies a concrete track. A properly sized batching system will be necessary to run this block-forming machine and to guarantee the above stated production rate
