WASHING PLANT

Fine And coarse material washers play a crucial role in the processing of fine aggregates through hydraulic separation, utilizing water to effectively clean and classify materials by weight. In this process, larger particles, such as sand, sink to the bottom of the trough due to their weight, where they are collected and subsequently discharged by a steel spiral shaft lined with either replaceable polyurethane or cast steel. Conversely, smaller and lighter unwanted particles are floated to the surface and discharged over weirs at the machine's lower end. These washers are particularly valuable in cleaning and dewatering fine aggregates, typically ranging from minus 12 mm to 5 mm (1/2" or 4 mesh), ensuring that end products meet specific standards by efficiently separating water-soluble clay, silt, and micro-sized particles. They are available in both single and twin screw configurations to suit varying operational needs.
Fine Material Washers are accomplished by hydraulic separation; using water to clean and classify by weight. Larger particles (Sand) weigh more so they sink and are collected in the bottom of the trough. They are discharged by steel spiral shaft with replaceable polyurethane or cast steel linings. The smaller lighter unwanted particles are floated to the surface and discharged over the weirs at the lower end of the machine.
APPLICATIONS
Utilized to clean and dewater fine aggregates typically minus 12 mm or 5 mm (1/2’’ or 4mesh) to fine tune end
products to meet specifications and to separate water soluble clay, silt, and micro sized fine particles. Available in both single and twin screw configurations, fine material washers are most often used after a wet screening operation to process products such asconcrete, mason, mortar.

FINE MATERIAL WASHERS

When you need more than high pressure spray bars Coarse Washers will break down muddy clumps for you. With configurable speed, screw and paddle configuration the unit can easily be adjusted for various applications.
APPLICATIONS
Coarse material washers are used to remove a limited amount of dirty material from a coarse aggregate.
This material includes very water soluble slimes, silts, soft clay, and organic particles. They are often used as a final wash following a wet screen and are designed to scrub and clean gravel and crushed stone up to 75mm (3’’) in size .Both single and double spiral units are available depending on the capacity required.
• Durability
Cast ni-hard bolt-on paddle assemblies deliver the ultimate in durability as does the leak-proof heavy-duty tank.
• Reliable Drive Assembly
The high efficiency drive assembly reduces power and maintenance requirements resulting in increased life and reduced operating costs.
• Maximum productivity
Capable to produce up to 450 m tph delivering extreme productivity where you need it most.
• Configurable Paddle and Screw Layout
Can be easily configured with numerous bolt-on paddle and flight arrangements to satisfy even the most precise specifications.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Number of paddles and screw sections are interchangeable
• Ni-Hard Paddles offer great service life
