Paddy Husker
We have incorporated its unique technologies into the New Paddy Husker for superior performance.
1. Feeder
The vibratory feeder, proved in the color sorter, is introduced. It simultaneously provides smooth, consistent and high throughput. It is equipped with a feeder volume control which can vary the flow rate in a continuous liner manner.
2. Chute
The new chute is designed to be automatically controlled in the best orientation. It maintains the paddy on the chute in a uniform and consistent stream. Compared with others it offers improved husking efficiency and recovery.
3. . Belt Drive
The double sided toothed belt, as proved on the Rollermill, is introduced. The new belt drive enables a simpler routing which extends the belt life. It also improves husking efficiency by eliminating slipping tosses.
4. Aspirator
The wide body and adjustable distribution valve further improves the capacity and efficiency. The outlet for immature grain is eliminated because of the excellent separation of rice from husk.
5. Concept
Functionality and maintainability have been considered. We have introduced a step and a retainer for rolls and tools for ease of roll replacement. There are inspection windows both in front and rear of the Aspirator. Removable inspection covers on both the right and left side of the aspirator body assist easy maintenance.

9. No Roll Reversal :
With the Dual Drive system and Automatic Adjustment, the new husker automatically stabilizes the husking efficiency and the reversal of the rubber rolls during their usable life is no longer necessary.

Rice Polisher
Milling Polisher cleans the surface of rice, significantly enhancing the quality of finished products. The machine has achieved an excellent reputation in many countries for its high performance and for the innovations which have been incorporated over the many years .
It is recommended to install a Rotary Sifter just before the machine to remove broken grains and branny material for the following cases:
a-When processing white rice to produce the best-polished rice.
b-When using the machine as a rice whitening machine.

Vertical Whitener
The series of vertical friction rice whitening machines incorporates the most advanced technologies available and has proved to be superior to competitive machines in rice mills throughout the world. The “state of the art” milling chamber produces evenly milled rice using very low pressure, thus producing higher yields with fewer broken while still effectively removing bran streaks.

The design concept of the Vertical Rice Polisher, series, is the result of the accumulation of many years of vertical milling engineering expertise. This machine has incorporated all of the most modern techniques of vertical milling and has been proven to be “The Machine” in many major mills throughout the United States and Europe, and in Asian countries such as Thailand and India. Vertical Rice Polisher


Thickness Grader
Thickness Grader was developed for the most efficient separation of broken and immature kernels from rice and wheat. The screens are selectable from a wide range of available slot sizes.
Features:
1. Compact Design:
A total of six octagonal screens are fitted within the compact body. Each screen is made of corrugated steel plate with slots at regular intervals, and is light in weight. The changeover of one size of screen to another can be done quickly and easily by a single operator.
2. Easy Maintenance:
An anti-clogging device is employed and ensures the screen slots are maintained clean all the time. It is equipped with a dust suction port to allow removal of aspirated dust and sand. A removable bottom hopper allows easy access for maintenance.
3. Screen Variation:
There are 12 different screen slot widths for brown rice separation, ranging from 1.10mm to 1.95mm. Heat treated hardened screens are also available for paddy and wheat applications. Screens of 16 slot widths are available, ranging from 1.60mm to 3.00mm.
4. Weil-designed Transmission:
A geared motor with a chain drive transmission minimizes a vibration as well as transmission losses by slippage.
Thickness Grader


Length Grader
Length Grader uses an indented cylinder to separate one or two kinds of broken or shorter grains from whole grain by length. Length graders are indispensable for producing high quality products in rice milling and seed cleaning plants, since the broken or shorter grains that are more than half the length of whole grain are difficult to separate through sieving or thickness / width grading.
The grains which are longer in length drop out of the indents before, they reach the catch trough. The.: grains which remain in the indent are thrown into the catch trough.
1.Easy assembly and disassembly operations are ensured through its compact design, a light body# and its simple construction.
2. The transition pipes are equipped with sampling outlets so that grain can be sampled at each stage.
3.The degrees of separation of grain can be observed through the inspection windows.
