Double pillar wheelie bin lift is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 2100mm. The wheelie bin lift is constructed from mild/stainless steel. The lifting is accomplished via chains driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the one column with a crossover shaft to the other column. The wheelie bin lift is designed to be bolted to the floor.Double Pillar Wheelie Bin Lift for 1000 Litre Wheelie Bin This double pillar wheelie bin lift was designed to lift and tip a customer’s unique wheeled container which contained rolls of insulating material. The material was tipped into a shredder and could then be re-worked. The customers requirement was for a mild/stainless steel machine.
Vegetable Drum washing
Drum washing machine is used to wash Vegetable and other root products. The machine consists of a rod drum and frame. By choosing a certain distance between the rods, the maximum size of the impurities to be separated is determined. The cleaning operation is based on a combination of water and mutual rubbing together of products. In order to optimize the rubbing effect, the quantity of product can be regulated by a sliding plate at the discharge side of the drum. By hand or automatically. Cleaning with water is achieved by means of sprays and/or water bath.
Both possibilities are freely adjustable. In this way you can choose the optimal cleaning method for each kind of contamination, without increasing water consumption.
